Utilizing Bluetooth wireless technology, Kaleido infuses colour and choice into the market, networking its hybrid patch pumps and handsets into a broader family of easy-to-use products and data services to create a customer-focused, integrated diabetes support service.

With CE mark, in-house software development and manufacturing, ViCentra is setting its sights on expanding insulin pump usage by appealing to both first time and experienced insulin pump users in the Netherlands. At the same time, we are preparing for FDA approval expansion into additional territories and establishing partnerships in digitalization and connectivity.

Funded by the venture capitalists LSP, INKEF, Invest-NL, Partners in Equity, and Health Innovations, ViCentra currently employs over 100 people from over 30 different nationalities.

The position

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the execution of the internal and external Warehouse and logistics processes at ViCentra. Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and (External) Warehouse Management.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the warehouse and logistics functions.

• Manage the stock room controllers.

• Manage third party logistics day-to-day operation and oversee contractual obligations of agreement between third party logistics team and ViCentra.

• Coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.

• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.

• Managing distributor order fulfilment process from order taking, entry, confirmation, weekly reporting to shipping and invoicing stage.

• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing documentation as needed.

• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse area.

• Ensure a high level of stock accuracy in the warehouse and QAD.

• Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.

• Identify enhancement and cost reduction opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to ViCentra management.

• Communicating and coordinating with other departments in commercial, manufacturing, finance, quality as well as suppliers and carriers, including distributors.

• Motivate, train and develop the Warehouse & Logistics team on department procedures and processes.

• Ensure goods are shipped and delivered on time and in full to distributors and cleanroom operation is executed with no disruption do to missing parts.

• Address tactical and strategic logistics issues, identifying and minimising risks.

• Collaborate on projects required to scale up ViCentra such as onboarding new distributors, or suppliers.

• Working independently with minimal supervision as well as ability to work closely with cross functional colleagues.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and Company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate to join our team should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/ management/ logistics or related field
• Proven experience in stock control, warehouse management or similar field
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong admin and IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• Driving license

Desirable:

• Knowledge of inventory management software/ERP QAD
